The restoration of the musafirhana began in 2003. The builder of the musafirhana that with all cultural and historical heritage was completely destroyed in 1993 is Silahdar Husein – paša. The most important building in the čaršija musafirhana belongs to the vakuf of the greatest known Stolac vakif, Silahdar Husein-pasha of the famous Stolac kapetan family Šarić.

The Musafirhana provided free over-night accomodation and food for every traveler.
